All tours start and end outside 163 E. Pearson St., located on the southeast corner of Michigan Avenue and Pearson Street.

Discounted parking is available nearby through SpotHero. There is no on-site parking.

The bus has four stairs, and some off-bus stops include stairs as well. There is storage available for folding wheelchairs and strollers.
