Yes, the tour includes stops at historic crime scenes and gangster sites where guests will get on and off the bus. Walking may be up to one city block, and some stops involve stairs, including four steps on and off the bus. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
There are no restrooms on the bus, and restroom breaks are not included. Please use the restroom before checking in at the bus.
Eating and drinking are not permitted on the bus. Non-alcoholic beverages can be consumed off the bus at stops.
Seating is general admission and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Joint seating is not guaranteed.

Tours are conducted in English by live, interactive tour guides. Kindly refrain from talking or translating on the bus during the tour.
All sales are final. You may reschedule by calling and paying $10 per ticket, or by purchasing the Flexible Ticket option (available for $2 per ticket) with your original order to reschedule one time. Please give at least 1 hour notice before original tour. Guests may not join the tour after the bus departs.

The bus has four steps and some stops off of the bus include stairs. The bus is not wheelchair-accessible and does not have an electronic lift. There is limited storage available for a folding wheelchair or stroller.
